OUR ROLE
The Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC) is an independent, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) arts service organization that works to integrate arts and culture in all aspects of community life. RACC’s service area includes more than 1.5 million residents, 250 not-for-profit arts and culture organizations and countless artists of every discipline in the Portland, Oregon, metropolitan region including Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties.
